Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Item
Securely place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
